Weekly Rankings - Week 1

1. Memphis Blue's (18-3) - Memphis are owners of the best record, expected win percentage, and run differential in the world. They won 17 of their first 18 sweeping Houson in the process. The NL is on notice. They are 4th in Batting, 1st in Pitching, and average in the field. Run differential +63

2. Montreal Garde Imperiale (14-7) - The WS Champs are off to another good start. They did lose 2 of 3 to both New Orleans and Cincinnati, however. They are 2nd in Batting, 10th in Pitching, and 6th in Fielding. Run differential +48

3. Cleveland Wahoos (15-6) - The Wahoos are back after a week that saw them sweep LA and take 2 of 3 from Houston. They are 8th in Batting, 9th in Pitching, and average in the field. Run differential +36

4. New Orleans Causeway Cajuns (15-6) - The Cajuns started off hot, winning their first 7 games. They took 2 of 3 from Montreal and lost 2 of 3 to Cincinnati. They are average at the plate, 2nd on the mound, and 8th in the field. Run differential +31

5. Helena Hustle (15-6) - I may be mistaken, but this is the highest that Helena has ever been in the Top 10. They swept LA, took 2 of 3 from Honolulu, but lost 3 of 4 to Houston. They are 8th in Batting, 9th in Pitching, and 11th in Fielding. Run differential +34

6. Cincinnati Redlegs (13-8) - The Redlegs are back after a disappointing Season 20 campaign. They took 2 of 3 from both Montreal and New Orleans. They are 5th in Batting and below average in both Fielding and Pitching. Run differential +26

7. Honolulu Tropics (16-5) - Owners of the second best record, the Tropics slide a little due to a relatively weak expected win percentage and run differential. They have won 9 straight, so they are regaining their Season 20 form. They are below average at the plate, 3rd on the mound, and 12th in the field. Run differential +19

8. Baltimore Elite Giants (13-8) - The whipping boy of the AL East is exacting some revenge as they make their first appearance in the top 10. They went 4-6 vs. their AL East rivals, however, and must improve to remain at the top of the standings. They are average at the plate, 6th on the mound, and average in the field. Run differential +21

9. Houston Hangovers (13-8) - The third team from the NL South to make the list, the Hangovers are aslo coming off of a sub-par season. They were swept by Memphis but did take 3 of 4 from Helena. They are below average in Batting, 5th in Pitching, and 2nd in Fielding. Run differential +19

10. Boston Tea Partiers (11-10) - A much better team than the record would indicate, Boston is 7-3 vs. the AL East. They have lost 2 straight to a very tough Montreal squad. They are 1st in batting but below average in both pitching and fielding. Run differential +26
